Qualifications

- Minimum of one to three years of technical writing and editing experience or equivalent.
- Degree in technical writing, communications, English or related writing-oriented field.
- Understanding of online documentation presentation best practices.
- Able to build strong working relationships.
- Ability to work independently with strong self-initiative and high degree of flexibility.
- Work effectively under tight time constraints and deadlines.
- Multi-task a variety of priorities.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong teamwork orientation.
- A positive attitude with the ability to provide outstanding customer service.
- Advanced user of Microsoft Word, including use of styles, templates, and other advanced features used for online presentation.
- Ability to use PowerPoint, excel as well as strong technical aptitude for a variety of office software.
- Proficient with graphics editing using applications such as Fireworks.
- Working knowledge of html and other web formats.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the financial services industry/financial services policies and procedures.
- Experience in the customer service industry.
